My Story

Technology has fascinated me since childhood. What began as curiosity about how computers worked grew into more than two decades of hands-on experience with computer repair, custom systems, electronics, networking, software and emerging technologies.

I created Kenetic Technology Solutions to make technology easier and less frustrating for individuals, families and small businesses. When something suddenly stops working, it can be difficult to know what went wrong, who to trust or where to begin. Every customer deserves someone who will listen carefully, explain the situation in plain language and take the time to find the right solution.

I approach every problem with patience, persistence and genuine curiosity. When the answer is not immediately obvious, I continue investigating, testing and researching until I understand what is happening and can recommend the best path forward. I do not believe in unnecessary repairs, confusing technical language or selling someone something they do not need.
